SUBSCRIPTION AND AUTO-RENEWAL TERMS (2DS RECURRING PAYMENTS)

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

This document is an official notice to customers regarding the terms of subscription and automatic recurring (2DS) payments on the website AI-driven Patients (ai-patients.com / app.ai-patients.com).

The AI-driven Patients website uses 2DS payments (two-step recurring payments) — a technology for automatic card charges without requiring the cardholder to confirm each transaction. The first payment is initiated with 3D Secure authentication; all subsequent charges are processed automatically using a saved card token.

By purchasing a subscription, you confirm that you have read these terms and explicitly consent to regular automatic 2DS payments from your payment card.

2. WHAT IS A SUBSCRIPTION WITH 2DS AUTO-BILLING

A subscription with 2DS auto-billing (2DS — two-step recurring payment) is a service that automatically renews access to the platform without requiring re-entry of payment details. After the initial 3D Secure-authenticated transaction, subsequent payments are charged automatically via a stored card token.

By subscribing, you agree to:

  • Automatic charges of the subscription amount from your bank card on the scheduled billing date.
  • Regular renewal of your subscription according to the selected plan (monthly / quarterly / annually).
  • Secure storage of your payment details in the payment provider’s encrypted system (card tokenization).
3. AUTO-BILLING TERMS
3.1. First Payment

The first payment is processed at the moment of subscription purchase. The amount of the first payment is displayed on the checkout page.

3.2. Subsequent Payments

Subsequent payments are made automatically:

  • For monthly subscriptions — every month on the same date.
  • For quarterly subscriptions — every 3 months from the first payment date.
  • For annual subscriptions — every year on the same date.

If the corresponding date does not exist in the current month (e.g., the 31st), the charge will occur on the last day of that month.

3.3. Billing Amount

The amount of each recurring payment equals the current price of the selected subscription plan at the time of billing. Any price change will be communicated at least 30 days before taking effect.

4. BILLING NOTIFICATIONS

We send notifications:

  • 3 days before the next billing date — a reminder email.
  • After a successful payment — a payment confirmation with transaction details.
  • In case of a failed payment — a notification with instructions to update your payment information.
5. HOW TO CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION

You have the right to cancel your subscription at any time. To do so:

  • Log in to your account on ai-patients.com.
  • Navigate to ‘My Account’ > ‘Subscriptions’.
  • Click the ‘Cancel Subscription’ button next to the relevant subscription.
  • Confirm the cancellation in the confirmation dialog.

  • Contact our support team via the feedback form on the website.

Cancellation takes effect immediately upon confirmation. No further charges will be made after cancellation. Access to services remains active until the end of the already-paid billing period.

IMPORTANT: To cancel recurring payments via your bank card, you may also contact your bank directly to block recurring charges from our website.

6. REFUND POLICY

If you forgot to cancel your subscription and have already been charged — please contact us within 14 days of the charge date. We will review your refund request individually in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Refunds for the current billing period are issued if the services have not been used after the charge was made.

7. PAYMENT SECURITY

All payments on our website are secured with 3D Secure technology. We do not store your card details — they are stored exclusively in encrypted form on the payment provider’s servers, certified under the PCI DSS standard.
